Ministires

Pritchard offers an array of ministries designed to meet the spiritual needs of our congregation and community. We also seek to provide opportunities for our people to reach out to minister to those who need to experience the love of Christ.

You will find that Pritchard has various ministries, ministries in which you are invited to become involved. It is our prayer that you will find your place of service and join in what God is doing in and through Pritchard.

TV Services

Worship services are broadcast on Sundays at 7 p.m. on Time-Warner Cable 21 in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County and cable channel 25 in Northern Mecklenburg County. There are also audiotapes available to shut-ins.

Media Center

The church provides resources to guide the individual toward spiritual maturity.


Adult Day Care

Pritchard helps meet community needs by offering PALS (adult day care) and our Special Education Department where we encourage self worth and personal growth in relationship with God, family and others.

Prayer Room

Open five days a week from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and is located in the office complex.

The Missions Ministry

Seeks to provide opportunities for active participation in missions. Past mission projects have included construction of a Habitat for Humanity House, restoration of apartments at Jackson Park Ministries, and hurricane relief efforts in Mississippi. We also seek to heighten missions awareness for all ages.

Recreation Program

The Program is designed to give members and friends an opportunity to engage in wholesome activities conducted in a Christian atmosphere. Family events are celebrated around holidays. Our youth and adult Basketball and Adult Softball offer an incredibly outreach opportunity.

Senior Adults

Senior adults meet monthly, take trips, day excursions and the Friendship Supper Club meets quarterly with dinner and special entertainment.

South End Community Lunch

Pritchard hosts the South End Community lunch on the first Thursday of each month. Members of the business community are invited to join us for a delicious soup and salad bar, and enjoy a talk from interesting guests speaking on a variety of topics.
